Welcome to the Art of Slowing Down.

You are invited to a retreat of deep connection, meaningful conversations, and wellness.

I will introduce conversations about self care, lead breath-work, meditation, and movement. We will slow down, laugh, connect, and take care of our bodies.

You will get the opportunity connect deeply with other entrepreneurs, all in preparation for our hot/cold experience provided by AIKA; a sanctuary in the forest to escape, slow down, and find your balance.

INCLUDED IN THE EXPERIENCE:

Phase 1: Movement | Breath | Nature

The retreat will begin with a combination of movement & meditation. We will use this time to drop down from our heads and into our bodies, ground our energy, and set our intentions for the retreat.

Phase 2: Facilitated Group Conversation

You will get the opportunity to connect deeply with other entrepreneurs, all in preparation for our hot/cold experience. Topics & prompts about self care, burnout, and personal growth will be provided.

Phase 3: Sauna | Cold Immersion

Warm up in AIKA’s beautiful wood burning sauna, designed and handcrafted in Squamish BC. Allow the heat and humidity to penetrate deeply, awakening your mind and body. Safely immerse yourself in our cold plunge pools positioned adjacent to the hot sauna. We will use the AIKA cycles to further facilitate intentional conversations.

Phase 4: Closing Ceremony

We will come together as a group around the fire to close out the experience. A final reflection prompt will be given and we will close out the retreat together.

Food & Refreshments

Hot tea service, sparkling bubbly water, catered charcuterie board, and other healthy snacks will be provided. Gluten free & vegan options will be available.

Meet Your Facilitator

Ian Coll is a Film Director turned lifestyle entrepreneur and facilitator. He is the founder of Nurtr Wellness, a brand dedicated to helping 1 million entrepreneurs live a happy, healthy, and wealthy life. 

Ian has been an entrepreneur for over a decade now and never took burnout as seriously as he should - In 2022 he fell prey to chronic fatigue, anxiety & depression as a result of neglecting his health.

After battling and healing his own experiences with burnout, as well as holistically managing his Tourettes & OCD, he now works with other high achieving entrepreneurs who are ready to take their health and performance to the next level. He does this through a combination of science backed health & wellness protocols, embodiment work, personal development, and self optimization strategies.

Ian has invested and trained with a variety of world renown teachers and facilitators.
