Zach specializes in treating the nervous system through breathwork, movement, meditation, and coaching.  He utilizes ancient practices and modern neuroscience. His travels and studies include Breathwork, Shamanic Medical Qigong, Pranayama, Yoga, indigenous and shamanic energy medicine, holistic coaching, other health modalities that recognize health to be mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual in nature.

In this class, Zach will teach you about the power and importance of breathwork, as well as walk you through 3 different practices that you can come back to depending on your emotional and energetic state.
